Residential projects

Our portfolio of residential sites range in size from a couple of acres to 160 acres. These sites include small infill land opportunities, suitable for SME housebuilders to large strategic sites. We’ve completed land sales to national housebuilders such as Redrow Plc and Persimmon Plc to provide new homes and recreational opportunities to the community.

We are working collaboratively with local authorities, developers and planning promotors such as Northern Trust and St Modwen to deliver a range of exciting developments across the Severn Trent region.

  • Two acres of grazing land situated on Lindridge Drive within the Minworth area of Sutton Coldfield.
  • The site is located within the development boundary of Birmingham City Council.
  • A planning application has been submitted for  up to 26 new dwellings, all of which will be affordable housing.
  • A preferred bidder has been identified and a sale is subject to planning permission being achieved.

157 acres of land allocated for residential development

  • This development site comprises of 157 acres of former green belt land. The area was  allocated for residential development within a wider strategic allocation known as West Cheltenham.
  • An outline planning application was submitted in October 2022 by our development partners St Modwen. 
  • Our application consists of 1100 new homes, new primary school, community buildings and sports facilities.
