When these sites are no longer required for the operational business, the team at Severn Trent Property Development works to bring disused land and property back into use.
These sites range from former pumping stations and underground reservoirs to larger sites of up to 650 acres.
Our team of property professionals has successfully completed a range of projects across different sectors throughout the Severn Trent region.
Where needed, we work to remove technical and legal constraints on the future use of land, which can also include planning promotion through the securing of allocations and permissions.
Our work in recent years has delivered over 1,650 new homes, community areas, parkland and approximately 1.7 million square feet of floor space for business use across our area.
We help to return redundant sites back into use for the wider community resulting in both social and economic benefits.
