This 13.5 acre site adjacent to an operational reservoir is located within Tolladine, a suburb east of Worcester. The site consisted of a former, decommissioned, covered reservoir and adjoining vacant land.
We successfully obtained outline planning permission in conjunction with our planning promotion partner, Northern Trust Company in September 2014. Planning permission consisted of 61 residential dwellings of which 34% was allocated as affordable housing.
The site was sold to Amber Residential Properties Limited in 2016.
Coundon, Coventry, West Midlands. This 6.4 acre brownfield site consisted of a former allotment, demolished redundant distribution reservoir and five houses.
Outline planning consent was obtained in 2017 for 70 dwellings of which 25% was allocated as affordable housing.
This 4.32 acre brownfield site is located 1.5 miles from Nuneaton Town Centre. The site consisted of a former, decommissioned, covered reservoir and adjoining vacant land.
We successfully obtained outline planning permission in conjunction with our planning promotion partner, Northern Trust Company. Planning permission consisted of open space and 40 residential dwellings of which 25% was allocated as affordable housing.
In partnership with an adjoining landowner and their planning promoters Providence Land, we successfully promoted this 20 acre former agricultural site on the edge of Etwall Village for residential development.
Outline planning permission was approved by South Derbyshire District Council in May 2019 for a low density development of 50 homes and subsequently sold to Redrow Homes Plc.
We continue to actively promote adjoining land for future phases of development.
Formerly used by Severn Trent for operational purposes, we worked alongside our planning promotion partner, Northern Trust, to secure outline planning permission from Gedling Borough Council for 120 new homes. The site was sold to Miller Homes in July 2021.
24 of the new properties are allocated for affordable homes and significant community benefits are being provided through financial contributions towards primary school provision, a local library and the provision of public open space.
As part of the sale conditions we secured a commitment that every new home built will not exceed a daily water consumption efficiency target of 110 litres per person per household.
Working in partnership with our planning promotion partner, Northern Trust, we successfully secured Outline Planning Permission on this 155 acre site for mixed use development.
Planning permission was granted for the development of 830 new homes and 20 acres of employment uses and a local centre. The residential element of the site was sold to Persimmon Homes and as part of the development, significant new leisure facilities including sports pitches, children’s play areas and allotments have been delivered.
The 20 acre employment site was sold to AC Lloyd, a regional commercial developer, who have developed a residential care home, a convenience store and commercial units.
